on a cabbage or lettuce leaf, is the leafy green tip more healthy or or the white stem part at the bottom? or are they in equal value? I'm just wondering because i heard various answers, but I'm still not sure.

I would say cabbage is healthier, it has more water content and thus more minerals, the leafy part has fibre while the stalk has ruffage, so some amount of green fresh stalk too should be consumed. my mom always laid more stress on cooked cabbage veggies than the lettuce salad at dinner

Green parts have Vitamins and minerals like Iron. White part has only fiber. Decide for yourself what you need. I need both.
