Actually there's a place for dinner and drinks afterwards at Mount Faber. If you're looking to just have dinner and hang out for a chat, you can try the Altivo Bar. Just thought that it's a nice place for dinner and chatting with a special friend over a glass of wine or something... The crowd that goes up there comprise of small groups of friends, some foreigners and sometimes couples (most couples prefer the dark benches in the park so it won't be awkward if you don't want to appear too forward.)

well l wil like to suggest the Seah St Deli over at Raffles Hotel, the place is so diff from other restautrants, as l used to work there during my yonger days, my thoughts are still on that palce l am 29 now

how about old parliament house? there's restaurants where you can have a nice dinner and adjacent to the pub for a drink.
nice ambience =)
but frankly, isnt enjoying each other's company more important? he will remember the night if he enjoyed your company, no matter where both of you went.
