Eat only when your hungry about approx. every three to four hrs. and its about portion size you can eat what ever you want just cut it in half. Also limit your soda drinking including diet to on can once or twice a week drink water or tea instead. Do not deprive your self either of sweets just eat in moderation limit once a week only. Walking for 30mins. everyday or even dancing to your favorite music for 15 ,30mins. but really get into it jumping and moving your body and arms. Also using 8lb. weights for your arms three times a week. Don't for get lite snacks in between the big meals keep them lite though.

Unfortunately loosing wieght is never easy (not for me at least).
Try to eat less bread and eat lots of vegables and fruit. Do lots of exercise, be it walking, jogging or cycling.
Eat 5 small meals - breakfast, 11 o'clock snack, lunch, 15:00 snack, and supper. Small meals are best eat until you are almost full - it's hard to start doing this.
I lost 2 kilos in 2 weeks just by changing my diet (without the exercise) best of luck with the wieght loss.
Avoid foods like cake, soft drinks (for their high sugar content), chocolates, pizza, ALL FAST FOODS as these will really help you gain weight effectively.

I try other diets. The only one that works is the acid-alkaline diets. I read it from the book "pH Miracle" by Dr Young. Taking alkaline food instead of starving myself works. I lost 2 kg while my sister lost 5 kg over 1 month. I am more energetic because according to the book, my blood cells are in better shape to carry oxygen.
People as a whole are too acidic. When young, we can purge out the acid well. As we grow older, our kidney and lever cannot handle the acid.
Our body balance the acid level by archiving the acid into fats. That's why no matter how much you eat, you remain the same size.
Many diets do not work for most people because you starved yourself and ended up craving for more food. Most diets also make you tired. Starving burn more lean muscle than fats.
If you want to try, I suggest drinking alkaline water. Just add 2g of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) to 1 liter of water. You will feel more energetic. If you have diabetics, you will see your sugar level drop, according to one friend of mine. Once convince, you can then try their super-greens.

Hi
This simple plan worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

Controlled diet and excercise; sorry, no one said it would be easy.
Controlled diet; 3 main meals but reaching 70% full each time. Then 2 to 3 snack meals if you're hungry. Cut fatty, fast food, fried, junk food. More meals keep your metabolism up.
Excercise: Most effective is strength training as muscles take a lot of energy to maintain. However, if you want a certain look, other excercises are good such as palatis (spelling), cardio or mix.

Try the Souper Soup Diet at lillieross.com. You can sign up to receive the diet for free & they will also email you diet tips M-Th each week. This diet really works...I have used it several times; especially when I wanted to lose fast.
or
Try the Fiber One Diet:
1 bowl of Fiber One cereal 3xday (breakfast, lunch & dinner)with skim milk (I use fat free Lactaid)
1 tv dinner (400 calories or less) for dinner
Drink 64 ozs water (drink plenty water or the fiber will constipate you)
Exercise 30 minutes each day
Note: This diet keeps you very regular (bms)
GOOD LUCK!

Forget diets (whatever they promise you), longer term it simply does not work. There is only one way to lose weight and keep it down: endurance sports. Start preparing for a marathon and you will be surprised what it does to you!

Eat the right foods. Eat. Don't just cut calories, get quality calories in your body. Exercise. Challenge your body's physical limits, from individual muscles in your legs and arms to the best one of all, your heart, which usually means running, cycling, or jogging, or a combo of all three. Just depends on your fitness level. Challenge your heart and body. Get yourself sore and tired and sweaty. Drink water and Gatorade. Eat peanut butter sandwiches and lasagne. Diet(which means eating, not starving) and exercise diet and exercise diet and exercise.
