hey you should not wash them everyday this makes them weak. and specially using a conditioner everyday is bad. you should take bath everyday but wash them leaving one day. don't use a lot of shampoos you can use a good shampoo and for the oil fix one day you can put oil in your hair and the oil should be coconut or herbal oil. i used herbal oil and my hair are long and straight till my thighs. they are attractive ..you can have them too. just follow my saying if you wish ......

if you wash your hair with beer 4/5 times a week that's supposed to work very very quick to make it long.Also another way to get your hair long is to rub mayonnaise in your hair every night.put a hair net(i used a shower cap) over your hair.in the morning wash it out of your hair.To make it thick i would just advice you to buy a good brand of shampoo that is for thickening hair.I mean the brands they sell at hairdressers.

hair growth is mainly dependent upon the diet u take. its better to switch to a diet consisting of lots of proteins. u cud include lots of pulses, fish, liver, egg yolk, salads etc. in ur diet.
equally important is the care u give ur hair. oil it at least twice a week at night and wash it off the next morning. u can also steam ur hair with a towel wet in lukewarm water , after oiling. this helps to soak the oil better.
mix equal amounts of castor oil, almond oil and olive oil. fill in a bottle and apply this oil to ur hair.
condition ur hair once a month with a mixture of yoghurt and beaten egg.
