In all honesty, you should get in touch with the court system that handled the case and see what they advise. If you are looking to get a weapon to carry around with you for the hell of it, then I am gonna more than likely say no. Now, if you are deciding to take up hunting or sport shooting or something, the judge or court system may show you a little leniency. It will be primarily up to the judge or court systm though to determine if you are ever allowed to own or carry or even buy a gun. I am hoping that your not having anymore encounters with the law is on account of you having straightened up and not because you just have'nt been caught again. Be that the case, good luck to you and congratulations on cleaning yourself up and trying to become a productive member of society. To all the cops, BE SAFE!!!!!!!!!! To all the thuggish little scum, BEWARE!!!!!!!

You can own a gun, but you can not have a license to carry a gun. You cant have a gun in your car ever if you do it will be another Felony and you will go to Prison.

Every state has different laws. The main point is whether or not it was a felony or a misdemeanor. If it was a felony have you had your civil rights restored? If not, they it is probably illegal.

If you weren't convited of anything, then you have no criminal record. Not everybody who is charged with something is found guilty. Go read ATF form 4473, that will tell you.

Nope. And 11352 H&S doesn't apply to pot. Hash, but not simple marijuana.
