Some say people stop growing at a certain "age" and after that its too late to grow, but some say that you can still grow by "taking care of yourself, eating right, exercise etc."... who is right/wrong and what evidence as to why...?

i gathered that from a medical standpoint, we humans stop growing at the age of 20 or 25. This means that our bone marrows cease to produce the chemicals that expand our bone structure, subsequently causing us to grow. Beyond that chronological age, then the growth stops.

I guess there's really no medication that could continue the growing in our bodies.
