Have you tried asking her? Do you think she is lying to you about it? Or do you want to sneak behind her back and find out?
Your insurance company can tell you the answer to whether or not she has had tickets. They take that into consideration when determining how much your premium is.

The easiest way is to contact your local insurance agent and ask him to run your MVR, (motor vehicle record).

If you are convinced she is a liar, call your insurance agent. They love to run MVRs so they can have an excuse to raise your rates.
