Its just a drug store go in drop off your presciption, read some of the magazines on the rack , pick up your prescription and leave... If you like browse for some make-up dont make things more complex then they actually are..

I used to know the CEO and his daughter of the Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada - Here is a suggestion find out who is the CEO now and write to him/her about your issue and believe me somthing will be done about your problem.

That said - they will solve your problem but it will happen to someone else - that is the best you can hope for-suck shuh
