I know this guy like for 2 weeks. Met him only once. I like him. Is that normal? Should I tell him?

If you're sending him emails, calling him, IMing him, asking questions and obviously trying to learn more about him, he's probably bright enough to understand that you like him.
You can tell him without telling him... "Wow, we've got a lot in common!" "Me too!" "LOL" All these things tell me you like what I'm saying or who I am without being so forward that I'd be scared off.
On the other hand, "I want to spend my life with you" is probably a bit strong for having met once.

You should meet him a few more times,to know him better. Try to find out as much as you can about him especially from his past. If you can see he likes you too, just wait for him to make the first steps, but if he isn't too convinced about you just tell him what you feel. Don't be scared, it is a normal thing to like someone.

Its normal to like him, but you definitely shouldn't tell him that soon. You barely known him. Meet up with a couple of more times, before you even think of telling him you like him.

I would say that it is normal for you to be physically attracted to him and to want to get to know him better. So YES....tell him that you are interested in knowing more about him.

that's super normal, but don't tell him or he will FREAK OUT. Just be friends till you check out if you are attracted lust wise or if its deeper, he may be initially attractive but may be feral eg doesn't brush his teeth or a Trekkie fan (JOKING)
