weird..... i cant answer this till i have had my regular dose of caffeine eight cups should do i will be more efficient then, .......or actually scratch that i want codeine instead (actually no my brain will be like a kaleidoscope)....maybe i could just ask my neighbor, she might know she is anceint, her name is sheila ... she is the heir of a sheik, she has two rottweillers ( a foreign speices of canine, good for surveillance) they grow to a heinous size, rather like a glaceir, with or without the aid of protein. you have to really reinforce your authority on them..... keep a tight reign or their liable to become feisty, and who wants that from a dog that sceintificaly grows to such a large weight and height...... anyway.....seeing as im sure you dont want me going on and on being like this either... soooooooo heigh-ho back to your proficient question...... ummmm what was it again?..... i dont get it!!!

The correct saying is:
"I" before "E", except after "C", or when sounding like "A" as in "neighbor" and "weigh"...but "their", "weird" and "either"..."foreign", "seize", "neither"... "leisure", "seizure", "forfeit", and "height" are exceptions spelled right.
I'm surprised that someone your age didn't know that, it's elementary school grammar.
Add: I noticed it was in the jokes section, but it wasn't even the least bit funny. I just figured you weren't very bright like most people on Yahoo Answers.
