All babies and young children go to heaven. Original sin is the propensity to sin. It is actual sin that condemns a person to hell. A small child or infant has not committed actual sin.

Not until the age of accountability.

We all have to make the choice of whether or not to accept Jesus as Lord. By not making the choice once reaching the age of accountability, you make the choice to reject Jesus. This could happen to a person born of athiests or christians.

A baby cannot make that choice.

One is not accountable to sin until the age of accountability!
the age of accountability is "generally" 12 to 14!
It may be as young as 7 or 8
and some never reach the age of accountability.

If your are not accountable to sin, how can you go to hell?

No, because they don't believe in condemnation after death, because they're atheist. They probably just believe that you die and succumb to the Earth. But no one really knows, now do they?
