okay so I work at a grocery and there's this extremely cute girl that works there also, she seems really cool too, everytime i'm around i start acting all quiet and stupid, she probably thinks i have no personality. I;m normally outgoing with other people and not shy. How the hell can I make myself more confident to talk to her and not act stupid everytime she comes near me? What' are some good conversation tips?

well u could start by trying to be urself be her friend at first let her know the "real" u trust me girls love it when a guy acts themself then from there u wouldn't have to do anything cause she'll b all over u instead ...

Be yourself and avoid any pick up lines. A simple "hello" will lead to a conversation. A line might get you somewhere, but is less likely to than the natural approach. Just be yourself but make the approach.

Getting over shyness varies with each person! I think most females prefer their males to be themselves. Pretty much the males like their females to be. And if they are not, they are not very mature! Your confidence often is based on how you feel about yourself! Be yourself and don't give her some phony guy that your not!

Say hello and ask her how she's doing. Compliment her hair or outfit. Guys that can be silly always get my attention. Bring her a rose and say it reminded you of her, something off the wall like that.

I used to be shy as well. However, overtime I got over it just as you will. For now just be yourself. Forget that you are attracted to and just try being her friend. If you can make her laugh that will help. Women love a man who can make them laugh. Peace and God bless.
