Dang!!! That's heart breaking....I'm sorry that you have to go thru this. Have you swirled his tooth brush in the toilet after you've gone pee? It doesn't solve anything but it'll make you feel better (hope I made you laugh)
Seriously....it's crushing. I can't imagine the anger, hurt and pain you are going thru.....Ihope you have friends to talk with....it's important to vent. It helps heal the soul. Good luck.
P.S If you want some more ways to torment him let me know....I have a whole list of tricks.

I know the feeling. And i tried keeping the relationship since I love him so much. But girl... it didn't work. I became so suspicious, questioning him every now and then. Maybe it suffocated him. So, he did it again. He cheated on me and wanted back again.
I guess, once the trust is gone... you can never mend it back no matter how hard you work on it. It is best for you to move on and find someone you love AND trust. Sorry...

Rebecca, as a man myself, you need to understand that we(men), act like big children and often don't realize what damage has happened until it's too late.
it's gonna be hard, but LAY THE LAY DOWN NOW. Tell him NO MORE! Now or ever, and if you get laughed at LEAVE.
Go to your parents, a woman's shelter, friends, or have him evicted. Remember, in many U.S. states there is COMMON LAW MARRIAGE, meaning all items are as if you were married (Wisconsin is 7 years). Good-luck & God bless.

i know the feeling from personal experience. The fact that you were betrayed is devasting enough, but if you think that it can be worked out then go to counseling. But don't stay in a relationship just for the sake of not being alone.

I'm sorry. It just takes time. Pray for peace for yourself and peace for your body because you are making yourself sick. That man is a real creep for doing that to you and I guess it's your decision to stay with him or not. I wouldn't though. 10 years he has flushed down the toilet of your life. You didn't deserve that under any circumstances so stop hurting yourself and give him a taste of his own medicine.

Only time will take the pain. All you can do is remind yourself that the time will come. He "wants to stay" because he is commitment-phobic and is still looking for something better. Don't fall for it. You're better off alone in the long run.

You cant get over hurt like this. You'll always love him, but you'll never trust him again. Leave him. You'll regret it at first, and it'll be hard, but in time you'll see that you did the right thing. Walk away and dont look back.

if he loves you he wont cheat on you. you have to let go and move on. it's hard to trust the person who cheats on you. the pain wont go away if you continue to be with him.
cheer up!
