I am on the slim fast diet.I replace 2 meals a day witha shake that is 190 calories each.i walk 1.5 to 4.5 miles a day.And eat a sensible dinner like lean meat and vegies.How much should be able to lose in 2weeks?if you were on this diet,how much did you lose?

You will lose approximately 1-2 lbs per week. However; you may not lose that much without exercise. I did slimfast for quite a few months and did not tolerate all the sugar, so I did not lose that much weight at all even while following the diet to a t. Good luck and let me know how it goes.

well you should not lose more then 2-3 lbs/week so 6 lbs at most if you want to play it safe. however some people dont start losing weight untill a month after a diet change has been established.

Just lost seven pounds in 2 weeks and walked less than you. went from 120 to 113 at 5'2. But my metabolism is really slow due to a thyroid problem

ur life....this is what u need to do... eat normal food.. just cut down on rice,chips,bread and stuff like that.... insted of a meal , have fruit or vegs... an ddont walk for excersive...Run most of it...im 15 years old, im 5'9,140 pounds.. i did this for 2 months....when i was 12 i was 5'4 170 pounds....if u need more tips..email me whatwhatwhatkamy@Hotmail.com
