I would again say - take her to the vet ASAP.
And I would also join with the people who advise NOT to give her milk. Milk can cause diarrhoea. A bit of cheese, or a spoon or single cream, if you think she should get the goodies that are in milk, but not the harm.
Best, control her diet thoroughly. Feed her meat, or meat-base cat food; I know it makes a sort of a sense to feed her dry food, but don't, it will only dehydrate her that much faster. Feed her junior canned food, or home-made cat food, or whatever the vet advises you to. De-worm really soon, the distended belly does sound like worms... But the vet should know best; for such a case, your vet may even visit her at home.
Yes, I hope she makes it through and grows up to be a healthy and loving (and beloved) cat. Good luck!

Why are you spending time asking people on the internet what to do about this, instead of taking the poor thing to the vets?
Prolonged diahorrea will result in dehydration and eventually death, the swollen belly is also another sign that there may be something seriously wrong. To start with, stop feeding her, make sure she has access to plenty of water and take her to the vets. Not tommorow, NOW!
If you don't do something about it you will end up with a dead cat!

Worming would be a good start but my bet is her diet. Cats have sensitive stomachs so you will have to watch what she eats. If you give her some milk, add a bit of water to it as normal milk can play havoc with their digestive system.
My cat has biscuits in the morning and some cat meat in the evening. That is an adequate diet for a cat. (My cat is 14 years old)
If you still have problems, take her to the vets asap!!

Hi there...sudden change in diet can contribute to upset stomach and diarrhea. However, the voracious appetite and severe diarrhea sounds more related to an intestinal parasitic infection (some variant of worm). The belly bloating is indicative of this, however I'm more concerned with the diarrhea. Kittens become easily dehydrated and if severe enough and left untreated this would be fatal. A vet would need to treat her with subcutaneous fluids aka SubQ (similar to IV fluids) and conduct an exam to determine the cause and respectively treat with proper medications. Would you please contact your vet in the morning and discuss the symptoms with them to see if she must be diagnosed immediately. Everyone here in Yahoo Anwers may be well-intentioned to help, but we only can make speculations as well as suggestions, which should be only considered rather than taken as medical advice. Only a veterinary medical professional would be best to advise you and safest .

I have a 15 week old kitten too! Fortunately he doesn't have the runs!
Take her to the vet. It's probably just a change in her diet and/or worms, but I would definitely check with the vet. Good luck...

holy cow batman, what a messy situation! She needs a vet visit asap! My guess is change in diet, my cats gets the runs from milk, they now have cat milk from shops. Second guess is worms....especially since she is scavenging for food, not feeling full from the worms (and from pooping it all out before its had a change to fill her!!) Make sure you worm THE WHOLE FAMILY!!! Cats and humans (cats seem more human than people I've met>>>>>>>>>>) Take time for a visit to the vets now.

Take her to the vet right away. Be sure she is drinking. She can dehydrate so quick and this is bad really bad if you know what I mean. Just like a human. I could take guesses at what it may be but I'm not going to do that because you really need to just take her to the vet now!!!

To the vet, NOW!!!
It could be diet, it could be worms, only a vet can tell for sure (if it IS worms, get all your cats wormed-they can be spread in the litter box)

You should take the kitten to the vet ASAP as this could be quite serious in a young cat. You can go to the PDSA if you are unable to pay for a vet, they will examine your kitty and you can put a donation in the box. Please don't leave it. Good Luck!

The diarrhea could be a result of worms. I would suggest you take her to the vet promptly to see what type of worms she has, as they can give you medication for it. You may also want to get your two other cats worming meds as well, as they could be passed from using the same litter box.
