On a serious note as a medical assistant and prenursing student it is not wise to start a work out when you are tired. Your body needs to be in a better state than exhausted to have an efficient and safe workout. Please make sure you get plenty of rest before starting your workout, noone will think you are weak for getting sufficient sleep and i know from experience that allnighters put you in a crabby mood and make your thinking foggy. Your body is also sluggish.

Part of a good workout is getting good sleep. People who train hard need even more sleep! So while I admire your spirit, you're going about it the wrong way.
