They are normally found at the back of the vehicle, below the number plate. :-)

It should be under a cap on the front of the car. My 95 M3 had it there, as did my 02 M3. Though, looking at pictures of current BMWs, I can't see one at all... could just be Photoshop'd out of the press pics though.

(I assume you mean the hook to tow the car up on to a flatbed, right?)

go to ur garage and if they cant do it den ask them where whatever you do dont go 2 bmw coz dey willl rip you off most garages do them good luck

Try the Towsure website. They do towbars for just about everything.
