i reinstalled my windows xp and now its asking me for a new key code i try you use the key code thats on my computer but its not working anyone know why or how i can fix it

did you use the original cd? if not, you wiull have to click on telephone, and get a new system ID, takes about 15 mins, just a hassle

If your CODE is guenine. u should contact microsoft. and they will fix it for you. bcz u had alread payed the registration.. but once if u use a NON guenine CODE. it is a fraud and Microsofte is fight against this pirating.
Try to RUN : wpabaln.exe in the start menu. and use actyivate by phone.
The DIsc that came with yuor computer might be Not Guenine. the Guenine Key COde costs US$ 149
