firstly, you need to change the way you eat. start eating 3 moderate meals and 3 snacks a day. drink plenty of water and green tea and natural, high antioxidant juices: sub them for some of the fruits that you would have eaten. eat as naturally as you can; eat real food not overly processed food which has little nutritional value. eat plenty of brightly colored, high fiber fruits, berries, vegies, high fiber, whole wheat, whole grain, breads, pastas, cereals, oatmeals, crackers, popcorn, soy products, low/nonfat dairy products such as milk, cheeses, yogurt, and lean proteins such as chicken, fish, ham, turkey, beans, peanut butter and peanuts. be sure to start an exercise program. your body needs to burn the calories you ingest. exercising 30 minutes 4 days a week is a great start. after a month, increase it to 45 minutes 4 days a week and start to add a little bit of weight/resistance training to your routine. during the third month, try 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week along with 20 minutes of weight/resistance training 4 days a week. by the 4th month, you should possibly be walking about an hour 5 days a week and doing weight/resistance training 4 days a week for 1/2 hour. exercising and feeding your body good quality food will help you shed pounds. don't deprive yourself either. if you feel like a treat, have a serving or just a few bites. but make sure to work out. it's all about balance. prepare your foods in healthy ways and experiment with herbs and other flavorings. use olive oil as it protects your heart and helps increase the good cholesteral. good luck

Eat less calories and exercise more than usual. Start with cutting out sodas and fast food. Next cut out all breads, pastas, and potatoes. Don't cut out all carbs...you will get plenty if you eat lots of veggies and you will feel a lot better too. Anything that has a long storage life on the shelf will also have a long storage life in your gut...try to stay away from boxed meals that require you to mix the ingredients and serve...try to eat only fresh foods and don't keep snacks around the house. If you have to prepare something it will make you think twice about eating it and whether you are eating out of boredome or if you are truly hungry. Also, don't eat in front of the TV...it is too easy to mindlessly eat without thinking about how much junk you are ingesting.

Go high protein low carbo. Research on Atkins and South Beach. Read up because some sauces like ketchup are forbidden due to hidden sugar. Don't just avoid what you know are carbo and sugar. Ceratin veggies and fruits are a no no.

DON'T GO for ATKINS DIET! Go for natural way..........dont put off fats by consuming Butter-Related food products..shouldnt consume chocolates everytime........not more than 2-3 a week! Exercises.......cycling...........yoga.............meditation will give you lot of support to reduce your weight! Do consume ruffage after food....Drink lots of water..consume soup........vege soup........njoy wid corn flakes.and corn kinda stuffs..dont go for milk related products.......U can bt just 5 ltrs a week !I promise everyone will stop calling you a Dork!

forget dinner.... ake lots of tention(lolz) walk more more and more.... no sweets no spicy foods...
take 1 glash water lime juice(1 lemon) and honey(1 tbs) mix and drink every morning..
