A yeast infection is just a disruption in the normal bacteria found on and in the body. When my youngest son was a baby, he would get a yeast infection rash all over his bottom whenever he took certain antibiotics for ear infections.
Yeast infections can be in the vagina, the rectal area and also in the mouth (called thrush). If you're taking antibiotics, it's a good idea to eat yogurt daily or get acidophilus tablets from the pharmacy (have to be kept in the frig) when you pick up your prescription.
If you have an actual yeast infection, you will need treatment, probably Nystatin cream or ointment. Check with your doctor or nurse practitioner.

Yes you can. One aspect of this happening is that the body (bloodstream in particular) has a balance of alkaline and acid. Eating sugary foods, meat in excess, most seasonings, coffee, cheese etc causes the acid level to rise and the alkalinity factor (or Ph factor) to decrease. When this happens the body is more susceptible to things like yeast infections and yes you can have a yeast infection in your rectal colon or intestine. left untreated it is in its latent stage called candida which can and usually does lead to internal polyps and intestinal cancer.

If your Catholic there must be a Saint of Yeast Infections. Pray to him.

yes you san but check to see if you could have hemmorids up inside . i also have itching sometimes so bad well you get the picture. some times my ears itch deep inside doc. gave me some ointment for my ears i have found out it also works on the bottom good luck oh it's called clobetasol propionate usp,0.05% from a doc. only but it works doc said to be careful it's strong and can possible hurt you hasn't yet .

Actually I realy don't know. But a good treatment Ointment and Tablet is Canesten, go and ask your pharmasist for it. If it wont stop go and see a doctor.
