LOL, this is actually a pretty good question, since it addresses the not-said fact that most people take a glance at the paper after wiping... to determine how many more wipes it'll take to be sufficient.
Isn't it funny that something that is so common - that happens to everyone - has likely never been described and recieved... quite an irony there!
Anyway, to answer your question, I think only a blind person dictating to someone answering here would be sufficient. However....
I would think that there is an average amount of "wipes" needed to be "wiped" adequately enough to not have to wipe anymore. Again, this is dependent on what you ate, and how long it was in your system until your body decided to poop it out. The longer it is, obviously, the more wipes it will take.
So, let's say there is a 6-wipe average. Then, all the blind person has to do is count six wipes - after remebering what he ate and how long ago he ate it - and he is good to go!
Not a bad answer I think, considering I'm not blind, lol!

I hate to say it but that's actually an interesting question.
I don't know. Maybe they just keep wiping and wiping. Or there is always the sniff test.

I as quickly as knew a blind lady. someway she continually knew how plenty paper to apply and that i questioned the comparable ingredient as you, yet while the two human beings develop into on the rest room, she refused to talk, so I never found out.
