MAYBE BECAUSE HE IS JUST FEELING SHY. MANY TIMES MEN PREVENT TO ASK AS THEY FEAR BEING REJECTED. MAYBE YOU HAVE A DYNAMIC AND EXTROVERT PERSONALITY WHICH MAKES HIM FEEL THAT YOU MIGHT REJECT HIM.YOU SHOULD TRY TO BE MORE GOOD AND SWEET TO HIM SO THAT IT BOOSTS HIS MORALE TO ASK YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO BE ASKED.
