A true Christian is a one:
1. Who respects people of other faith,
2. Who believes all religions lead to the same destination,
3. Who believes others should practise their faith without any fear,
4. Who believes serving the poor without any motive like conversion,
5. Who believes not only on Jesus but humanity!

I agree thoroughly with all of your factors. First century church "company" became all self sufficient collectives. i might want to also upload baptism, even with the undeniable fact that. each conversion tale has it. -- Acts 2:38,40-one; Acts 8:12, 13; Acts 8; Acts 9:18; Acts 10:40 seven; Acts 16:15,33; Acts 18:8; Acts 19:3-5; Acts 22:16 (retelling). *edit* i'd have slightly bit a competition along with your theory that Jesus is at present subservient to God...at the same time as He became in the international He actually became, having emptied Himself of his divinity to change into like us, thereby being a perfect sacrifice for us. Philippians 2:6-8.

Great question. I agree with you. Lots of Christians have gotten really wrapped up in condemning non-Christians without even looking at themselves. So many non-Christians are turned off not by Jesus but by Christians themselves, which is really sad. Ghandi said that he would have become a Christian if it wasn't for Christians...sad to see that happen.

No. Not at all. Since the bible was translated into Latin, the translations out of Latin create a lot of ambiguity in the context of the scriptures. So in short, probably very few hold to the true ideals.

it is a dificult destiction to be christian should mean to know Christ Jesus but many think one caonvetion makes them Christian and some even think once they accept Jesus they can keep sinning that is not true christian so I have to say few find the narrow Path but many follow the wide one that leads to hell

I think that's some thing one has to decide for themselves..
As Christians we are taught to turn the other cheek and not to be judge mental.. The only judge that matters is God..
You should look at yourself before you go casting stones at others..

I think everyone should research all the major religions of the world and then decide on which faith you want to be part of. Then more people would have a greater understanding of others in the world.

No. They pretend to be while giving it a lot of lip service. But, in their homes and among their friends, their true color shows. They are narrow-minded, biggoted, prejudiced, hateful and selfish. You would never know it however since they are all in church "gettin their old-time religion". They are definitely not Christians and their day will come.

I think Landover Baptist http://www.landoverbaptist.org owns the trademark for True Christian(tm) it's either them or http://www.TrueChristian.com

"If members of the early Christian church ever came into contact with any Christian living today, each side would, no doubt, condemn the other as heretical." [J. S. Burke, "Why Religion Persists"].

no, im a christian, and go to church about once a month. I dont follow all the rules, like contaception and sex before marriage. I follow god in my own way. im a good mum, and work with people with learning disabilitiess. I dont break the law and i care for and respect others. Im a good citizen and believe in god, i dont think following christanity to the letter is as impotant as that!
