and if it matters to you to claim he was white which "Jews" are then why shouldn't it matter to me to prove his African ancestry?

Gravatol, you have none of the things you mention. DNA, then let us test the bones of Jacob to verify true Hebraic origins. 2000 years of history, then how could "Israel" have existed in Palestine when it was being ruled by Egypt, archeaology, then take me to the tomb of David and his seven direct descendents. How can you say that Israel and Egypt never mixed when Solomons favorite wife was the daughter of the King of Egypt. Man you come out of a comic book!

Yahshua was the son of God, he alway said he was not once did he say he was a Jew. He was born as a Hebrew Israelite but always was the son of GOD.
And Yahshua race only matter if he is not shown as white.

Hmmm the funny thing is when I was completing a job application today the box marked "White non-Hispanic" indicated that this would include those of European, North African, and Middle Eastern background. It went on to specify that this is what you would check if you were born in England, Iran, Egypt, etc.
So, if Jesus was to be filling out that same job application, I am pretty sure he would be checking White non-Hispanic.

Jesus was one of the greatest spiritual teachers who ever lived. I don't believe he was black (as opposed to Arab, like Egyptians, who also live in Africa) because I don't know of any great spiritual teachers from that genetic group.
Martin Luther King, Jr. comes close, though.
By contrast, the Hebrews had a rich spiritual tradition in the prophets of the Old Testament, so I can see how someone like Jesus could come out of their gene pool.
This isn't racist, just observation. If you know some good black spiritual (not religious) leaders, please let me know.
MLK, Malcolm X, and Bob Marley repeated other people's religious words or ideas, rather than discovering spiritual things on their own. That doesn't count.
It isn't racism if you're only stating facts, and it isn't racism to say Jesus wasn't black if he was a Jew. There are two family lines for Jesus listed in Matthew and Luke. (They don't agree, though.) If he was of the line of David, that most likely makes him a Hebrew.

Contrary to popular belief, not all Jews are white with certain stereotypical features.
There are white Jews, beige Jews, brown Jews, and black Jews. All of them are "genuine" Jews.
Some are descended from different lost tribes, and most have intermarried with people of various races, and this accounts for the wide range in appearance.
I see no reason why Jesus could not have been black.
Then again, I see no reason why he could not have been white.
People like to draw him to look the same as they do. It makes them feel like they are closer to him and holier. If you keep looking at white people's churches, you're always going to see a white Jesus. I would expect predominantly black churches to depict him as black -- and if they don't, well, they should!

You are an idiot, Jesus was not white, he was Semitic.
A Hebrew to be more specific.
All true Hebrews were of Northern Mediterranean Stock which means that African admixture was highly unlikely.
That is to say that all true Hebrews were, in anthropological terms, Mediterraneanids, not Negroids.

OK then prove it.
I have DNA and 2,000 years of history and archeology not to mention biblical Scripture showing that Israel and Egypt did not mix.
what do you have?

Well, if Jesus was born in Bethlehem to Nazorean parents, that would make him an Asian, now wouldn't it?
I'm not sure what the point of your question is, but I'm pretty sure it's a silly one.

Considering the region he's said to come from, and the ethnic background of many of the inhabitants, it's quite possible he was black (can I still at least say that?)...I'm not practicing, but I'm white, born Jewish...but there is no reason whatever for me not to accept the possibility...if Jesus lived, certainly possible, yes
