I dunno about Christians but Jews DO! They'll even admit to it.... Amazing isn't it?

First of all, there are plenty of guilty people who are getting bombs dropped on them, as well.
Second, I hate the fact that this recent conflict between Israel and Lebanon has seriously jeopardized the chances for peace in the region. I am becoming persuaded that Israel is prepared to do drastic things to preserve its foothold in the Middle East, and that the United States (or rather, the Bush administration) is in lock-step with Israel.
God is not on anyone's side in a war. God deplores bloodshed, no matter how the authors of the Bible try to persuade you otherwise.

Mustafa,
this kind of question will not win you anything,
Christianity is a religion of love and forgiveness
(Don't ask me about Jews and Judaism!!)
in case someone who's named Christian does something bad, it doesn't mean "Christians are promoting killing of innocent civilians"
the same thing that if a Muslim terrorist kills many innocent people in Iraq or in the West, it might not necessarily mean that Muslims are promoting killing innocent civilians.
Think before you ask ya Mustafa ya Mustafa... ana ba.... ya Mustafa.. know this song?! ;)

I do not think either of them promote that. why do you ask loaded question like that?????? No, God does not like dropping anything on people NEEDLESSLY. If people would quit killing the Jews, they would stop dropping bombs on people who are killing them. Where have you been lately? Did you follow the media, both in the US and the foreign broadcasts for goodness sakes??? What was there about that that you did not understand? Or, do you merely base your questions and opinions on gossip, and others interpretations and opinions and have none of your own??

no, i think that dropping bombs on innocent people is wrong...just like kidnapping some poor working man trying to provide for his family and beheading him for a video camera, or walking into a restaurant with explosives strapped to you and blowing up a wedding party, or raining rockets down on innocent civilians, or turning civilian airliners into missiles and killing thousands in the process...there's plenty of death, destruction, hate, and blame to go around...
...sorry if i've offended you, by the way...

If the enemy wants to hold innocent people hostage, while they fight, yes innocent people are going to die.
If you build a missile site, then build a school over it guess what?
What are you a Muslim, or a Liberal?

No, not all Christians and Jews agree with this and we do believe God is not on either side that condone it or blame others for it.

No, I think only fanatical muslims and christians have used faith in recent years as an excuse for dropping bombs on innocent people. That does not mean religion is to blame: neither religion allows the random killing of innocent people, but there are fanatics in both religions that go completely against the teachings of their own religions. The issue is that they don't believe their targets are innocent, and therefore they think their actions, no matter how heinous, are justified.
Secular and atheists goverments may drop bombs on innocent people, but they are not basing it on their "faith", but rather on "political objectives". Also, although innocent people may be killed, they are not the actual targets of the bombs: tactically it doesn't make sense to target innocent people, but some innocent people may inadvertently be killed to meet their tactical objectives..
The issue is that people who are fanatical don't believe that the non-combatants that they target are "innocent people".
The US dropping bombs in Iraq: it is a secular government doing it, and it is not based on faith. George Bush is the only one who is saying his faith allows it.
Blowing up reproductive health centers in the US: this was done by christians based on their faith. They are doing it based on faith. they are killing innocent people. However, they don't view the people that they are murdering as being "innocent".
Flying human bombs into the World trade center: this was done by muslims based on their faith. They killed innocent people. However, they don't view the people that they killed as being "innocent".
Palestinian Suicide Bombers: they use there religious faith as an excuse to allow them to do it. Although they, like the US government, believe they are doing it for a political objective, 1) the US is not specifically targeting non-combattants, whereas the suicide bombers are specifically targeting non-combatants, and 2) the US army is following orders of an internationally recognized gov't, but the bomber's is not officially recognized by the Palestinian Authority. They are doing it based on faith. they are killing innocent people. However, they don't view the people that they are murdering as being "innocent".
Hezbollah sending missiles into Israel: They aren't aiming, so by definition they are dropping bombs on innocent people. They are doing it based on faith. They are killing innocent people. However, they don't view the people that they are murdering as being "innocent".
Blowing up nightclubs in Thailand: this was done by muslims based on their faith. They did it based on faith. They killed innocent people. However, they don't view the people that they murdered as "innocent".
I am trying to come up with a time when fanatical jews dropped bombs on innocent people based on faith. I can't. There was a fanatical man several years ago that shot several people in a mosque about 8 years ago, but that wasn't a bomb.
Most people believe that god is on their side. George Bush is the first US president that actually believes he is doing things based on what god wants. All other US presidents have been more secular and have acted based on what is best for the country, not on what God wants. We are in a dangerous time -- using faith as an excuse for acts of war can never lead to peace. If you believe that God is on your side, then you "know" you are right and really can't think rationally. The US now has a president that falls into that category.
There are no mainstream religions that allow the intentional killing of innocent people. But, if a fanatic of any religions believes a group of people to be their enemy, they don't view what they are doing as sinful.
I know that's not the answer you wanted to hear.

Same way athiests promote athiesm and islamic terrorists justify bombs.
THEY DON'T.
Religion can suck and it can rock. It can save lives as well as destroy them. I don't see you trying to help anyone. You're just sitting in a Q&A forum complaining. Grow up!
I love people because of who they are.. not because of their religion.. You look at someone and say: they suck! They must be Christian or Jewish.. I look at them and say: WOW THey're *******!

Actually God IS on our side when we do this!!! You people are just plain WRONG, right??? You morons are a bunch of f**king idiots!!!
WTF is with all you terrorist apologists that think Islam is the victim here???
They are nothing but a bunch of terrorists who's professed goal is to kill every "infidel" on this planet, specifically Israelis and Americans. How can any rational thinking human being support this???
Stop being aggressively ignorant and stop believing that Islamic culture is a victim of OUR culture. Radical Islamism today is nothing but a new form of Nazism.
