My friend lives in Poland, the woman lives in Spain, they had short fling. She returned to Spain, gave birth to his boy, and basically wants no contact with him. He wants to see and be in the childs life, she doesn't want that, just wants no contact. He only knows about her location from a friend who also lives near her. It's hard on him.....Anybody have any suggestions on what he can or should do?

I don't know the laws in Poland and Spain, but I think he should seek legal advise on where he stands.

Perhaps it is truly not his child. Is his name on the certificate? Is there DNA?

Sometimes women are cruel individuals; I do not believe he should take her "word" that he is the father.

If true, very difficult situation unless he moves to Spain.

I guess you could go to court for visitation rights
take her to court I think that is the only way or if there is any type of child surport over there you could talk to them and tell them your story and you like to see him , but I do not know what that would lead to if she would ask you for more money for child surport if she knew she could get it. if that is allowed

I do not know how you feel on giving money surport for your son you never seen. but I am afraid that she will take it and the kid will never see a dime of it
or any money of your curency not sure what your coins are called since I never been to Poland

oh and ask for a dna test too see if you are truely thee father DNA never never lies

only she could if she did who knows
