I tried 100% Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. It is a genus belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family which consists of approximately 20 species. Go on Atkins diet and be active at the same time. Take sports supplement for energy like Hydroxycut while you are at it too. Fiber supplements will also prevent constipation. Totally give up carbo, sugar and fruits for a full month but gorge on any meat, pork, fish and chicken. You have to eat high fat. Low fat will not burn existing fat storage. Eat whenever you are hungry and do not count calories. For dessert the only thing you are allowed is cheese and decaf coffee with cream (no milk and sugar)

There is no healthy way to do it, that's a lot of weight. Over 22 pounds! the only way I know how to do is gastric bypass. Try eating only protiens and vegetables with tons of water and Phentermine, you can buy it online. You'll loose about 3lbs/week

To lose a kg, you have to deprive yourself of 5,000 calories.

You probably eat 2,500 calories a day (average.)

If you eat only 666 calories a day, in a month you should (presuming normal activity) have lost about 10 kg.

But, since your body takes measures to fight what it perceives as famine, you will probably only lose 6-8 kg on that regimen.
