Is it true that a twin can know what her twin is doing as much as 200 milles away?

I am a twin and there is not a lot going on in my life or hers for a matter of the fact. Just wanted to know if any one else can do this.

its called.. remote viewing.. and clairvoyance... look it up..

i've been able to since the age of 15

theres also ways to improve it.. or develope it..
i've been able to prove it to anyone of my friends who were curious about it
