Jesus usually ran the 200m but most say he was tough to defeat in the 100m dash. He often was the anchor leg on the 4x400. Since he won a lot he was probably black.

Jew. Now go look at some famous Jews and what color are they?

What you see is not as real as God. What you see should prove to you their is a God. If you try and tell me we just became without a creator then you need to go rethink some things. Ask an athiest How the whole universe came about to exist and I mean every galaxy and every star, also the ones still forming. Ask how the earth has one set speed it to turn and one set speed to rotate around the sun. Also the sun is just at the right distance for life to be sustained here on earth which includes billions of diverse lifeforms (That according to athiest just popped out of nowhere or crawled out of the Ocean). Where did the Ocean come from then?. Also ask them to get an empty glass and set it up in their house and go back to the glass 20 or 30 years or more if needed and see whats in it..........you know what would be in it? Still nothing. You have to have a Creator and it scares them. Also for the big bang theory supporters........where did the material that went bang come from and the energy to make it go BANG? I'll tell you God created it and he may have made a "BIG BANG" out of it to put it where he wanted it. I won't dispute that because the Universe is still expanding. All in all the athiests have to many questians to explain themselves that the Bible already explains. I'd rather believe there is a God and die and if there isn't I lose nothing but if there is and I've argued to people he isn't then I would lose alot. Think it over friend. Are you really sure about denying God?

He was Jewish, so He was Semitic. He probably had swarthy skin, dark straight hair and dark eyes (although blue are certainly possible). He was not Italian as so many of the Renaissance pictures portray Him to be.

As a side note, there are 3 "official" races: Caucasian, ******* and Mongoloid. The Semites are a mix of all 3.

Jesus was from the tribe of David, as Jew descended from a king.
He was middle eastern, bearded, long hair, brown or amber green eyes and a deep swarthy completion. He was hirsute and of medium height. Technically he was of the Caucasian; he was not a ***** or Asian and those are the only three races.

" What colour of skin did the man known as Jesus Christ have ? "
A -- No problem ! I can answer you. Your answer in one word "Brown" !

All the people on this planet Earth are descendants from the first couple -
Adam and Eve. We are ALL just shades of that same colour !

Hold a sheet of Real White and Real Black paper up against your skin.
I can tell you "for certain" that your skin colour matches neither of these
paper colour samples. We are all "off white - or - BROWN !

WE ARE ALL OF THE SAME COLOUR because we are all indeed
descendants of that couple. Because of protective pigmentation we
are of different shades indeed.

What a beautiful example of how OUR MAKER designed us and built
a protective system into our skins to protect us from the suns rays !

Few people realize that The Bible does not say anything in opposition to
what is referred to as "mixed marriages". This is precisely why.

If "mixed marriages" do not work in our society, as it is today, it is because
of the arrogance of man. To "prove" superiority they often use gross
misinterpretations of Bible passages or misapply a Bible passage to
make it look like it proves them correct.

Mary's grandmother was from England or what ever it was before England. (Gal?) I don't know of any other information on the rest of Mary's family tree. So I would assume that Jesus was majorly white.

I went to my favorite web sight, ancientmanuscrpit.com, but now you have to pay to get into that sight which does hold allot of information on non-biblical books, letters, and stories.

And with the Roman Empire transporting everyone to everywere One can't be to certian with that Empire in control of that time, which is interesting.

Jesus was Middle Eastern. He even spent his first 13 years in Egypt. If he had been white he would have really stuck out.

The native peoples of any country will vary in skin tone, hair type, etc., so no one can say with 100% accuracy what Jesus looked like.

We also have to remember that Jesus was not related to Joseph by blood, only by adoption. So although He is considered a descendent of Joseph and his ancestors, He is not of their blood line (although it is speculated that Mary is a descendent of King David as well).

But with regard to race itself, it can be debated until the end of time. We know where He was born, we know where His parents lived prior to His birth, we know where He lived and traveled. Do we consider Him to be the race of the country in which He was born? Or the race of His true bloodline (through Mary)? Or both?

I believe he was Jewish in faith, Jewish in heritage, and a Jew by blood (through Mary).

To me, saying He was "Middle Eastern" doesn't say any more than saying I'm "North American". There is more than one country in "North America", and many different races within each country.

To take it further, I'm Anglo-American. Is that my race? In America there are "Americans of Mexican descent", "Americans of African descent", "Americans of Asian desecent", and so forth. If my place of birth is what determines my race, then I am the same race as my husband, who is American of Mexican descent, and a co-worker, who's American of African descent. We have different skin color, different hair types, different color eyes, but we're all Americans. So, which is our "race"? Where we were born, or where our blood ancestors were born?

I always believed that "race" wasn't simply in where we were born, but where the blood came from originally. But even going back through time, a difinitive answer cannot be found. I spent four years doing genealogy research on my family. I found ancestors from England, Scotland, Germany, Ireland, Holland, and even as far back as the Vikings. So, what race am I?

Or is race based strictly upon the color of a person's skin? If this is the case, where did each skin color TRULY originate from? When completing a form in which race is a "question" to complete, what do we mark for ourselves? And why?

And, does it truly matter? For those who believe that the Bible is God's word and therefore, the truth, we are ALL descendents of Adam and Eve. And although we know where the Garden of Eden was located, we have zero indication as to what color skin the two of them had. So, what race do we place upon them? And, believing that the Bible IS God's word, this makes us all of the same "race"!

Jesus' race is unimportant, insofar as who He is, what He did, and why He did it. He could have been from tim-buk-tu, but it would have made no difference in His ministry.

He is the Son of God. He is God in the flesh. He came to save the world from sin, and this is the basic truth regardless of what race He is placed in.

Colossians 3:10-11 "You are living a brand new kind of life that is continually learning more and more of what is right, and trying constantly to be more and more like Christ who created this new life within you. In this new life one's nationality or race or education or social position is unimportant; such things mean nothing. Whether a person has Christ is what matters, and He is equally available to all."

Blessings!

It doesn't matter.

Offer some proof that any true follower of Christ is racist. You shouldn't just go around making up stuff to cause division.

If you believe that Jesus was the son of God, then he was all races as is God. However, if you take into account where Mary gave birth to him, technically he was middle eastern.
