Raw eggs aren't that good of an idea and the yolks are loaded with fat (although they do have some benefits). I've seen some of the pasteurized egg whites you can buy at the store, which they say you can drink raw, but don't use eggs from the shell -- salmonella isn't nice.

My favorite workout shake is: 1 scoop of Vanilla Body Fortress Whey Protein powder, 1 container of non-fat plain Dannon yogurt, 8 oz of skim milk, and some fruit and blend it together. You can also replace the milk with watermelon (seedless). Just add a few dashes of mint sprig / honey and skip the fruit.

I've also seen the milk, peanut butter and plain yogurt routine if you don't have Whey protein powder. Although it isn't quite 35 grams of protein (without resorting to Whey Protein) it should do the trick.

There are some tofu shakes you can make if you aren't into dairy. Just do a web search for "tofu smoothies" or "tofu shakes" on the web.

Good luck.

Mix 6 raw eggs with some milk, some peanut butter, some chocolate syrup and some honey.

An egg has 6 or 7 grams of protein, and the milk and peanut butter will give you even more.

You could also just drink some raw eggs.

I used to lift weights all of the time, and I ate a lot of eggs for the protein, but I got tired of cooking eggs every morning, so I started just cracking them open and pouring the whole egg in my mouth.

An egg has almost no fat and lots of protein.
