I'm not sure weither to wear ripped capris, a pretty brown shirt, and pink skater shoes or a pink and black plaid mini-skirt, a gray shirt with pink flowers, and black flip flops. I'm going for the cute look...not hott.

skirt i think it sounds like a much more appealing outfit however the clothes isn't what makes a person cute or hot its personality and sad as it is looks play huge parts in it clothes just makes us girls feel better about ourselves
