My girlfriend ocassionally gets these really strong abdominal pains which lead to her passing out because of the pain! She has seen the doctor and they cant seem to find anything.... alot of the times she gets them at night, sometimes she is awaken by it! Anyone have any idea what it could be? or have similar symptoms? Im worried about her but i feel helpless because i dont know what to do. Thanks in advance 4 any answers!

She might be passing a gall stone or kidney stone. Only way to know for sure is to see another doctor.

she needs an upper and lower GI series. The pain of a gall bladder is more to the side than the abdomen. It could be so many things that she would need to have a test to determine exactly what it is. I don't think she should wait any longer because it will only get worse as she waits. She could have abdominal blockage or a bladder infection or other things. For the bladder infection, she should have a culture and sensitivity urine test, but it is important to find a doctor or hospital who will do these things before it gets any worse.

The second opinion answer is a good idea. Have you taken her to the emergency room immediately as she is having the attack. Sometimes when the doctor can see you when the attack is happening or has just happened they can get a better idea of what is going on. The second opinion is a very good thing to do!

Tell her to see another doctor until she gets to the bottom of this. Something is definitely wrong.

sounds like galbladder issues or maybe a stomach ulcer

Had a gf do that during sex.....
We found out she had a latex allergy.
