I get migraine headaches all the time! So many different things can cause them. My doctor thought my headahces had a relation to the birth control pill I was taking. I would say, if you are having problems with migraines you should first increase your intake of water. And ask you doc, the list is endless to the reason you get them!

They can generate from just about anything.

Smells, Medicines, Foods, Family, Stress, Work, Genetics, Pollution, Smoking etc.
