You are probably breathing incorrectly during the work out. When the body yawns it is due to a lack of oxygen getting to the brain. The way you should be breathing for workouts is as follows inhale as you are lifting the weights and exhale is you are setting them down, do not hold your breath as so many people are prone to do while lifting the weight.

Contrary to what people believe a yawn is not made for tired people it is made because your body is lacking oxygen. You are probably not breathing right or restricting your lungs some way when you are working out. It is very important to breathe because your muscles need oxygen when you work out. Once you start breathing correctly you should stop yawning.

well ... i would say that u aint takin proper rest ...the rest that u take is the main receipient where in ur workout is been tested and the results show...
