The answer depends on your age.
Testosterone levels start to decline from around age 25 onwards.
Testosterone is bound to a carrier molecule sex hormone binding globulin ( SHBG ) and only when it frees itself from SHBG
is it available to do its "magic". As a male ages his free testosterone tends to fall because more is bound to SHBG.
Fat cells can convert to Estradiol a female hormone which lowers testosterone. So staying trim helps raise levels.
I would personally stay clear of Yohimbee - its banded in the UK-
I list at the bottom some side effect.
Tribulis is shown to raise testosterone levels by around 30% .
Muira pauma and avina sativa can free testosterone from its carrier.
What are the possible side effects of yohimbine?
If you experience any of the following serious side effects, stop taking yohimbine and seek emergency medical attention:
an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of your throat; swelling of your lips, tongue, or face; or hives);
a very irregular or fast heartbeat; or
confusion or unusual behavior.
Other, less serious side effects are more likely to occur. Continue to take yohimbine and talk to your doctor if you experience
dizziness;
anxiety, irritability, or nervousness;
tremor (shaking);
headache; or
skin flushing.

Yohimbe is a tree that grows throughout the African nations of Cameroon, Gabon and Zaire. (A similar plant in South America is called Quebracho). For centuries, natives from these areas have ingested both the crude bark and purified compound as a tonic to enhance sexual prowess and as an aphrodisiac. The bark has been smoked as a hallucinogen and has been used in traditional medicine to treat angina and hypertension. The herb is a sensual stimulant for healthy men and women. Today, doctors prescribe an extract from the tree to treat organic impotence.
