Well in sign language it has three parts... First you put your hand in a fist against your chest and the put your pinky up (I) then you put both hands across or chest with both hands clenched (love) and then you point at the person (you) I guess guys would do that or just point at themselves then do a heart and then point at you. It seems confusing but it isn't. Sorry if it doesn't help.

Good Luck

First you make a fist. Then bring up the thumb, index finger, and pinky. (don't show the fist to the people)

LOOK AT YOUR HAND, PALM UP, FINGERS SPREAD. YOUR RING AND MIDDLE FINGERS, CURL THEM DOWN TOWARDS YOUR PALM.

YOUR PINKY IS THE " I " , THE POINTER FINGER AND THE THUMB IS THE " L " FOR "LOVE", AND FINALLY CURL THE POINTER FINGER DOWN TO JOIN THE RING AND MIDDLE FINGER ON YOUR PALM, WHICH LEAVES THE PINKY AND THE THUMB TO FORM THE LETTER " Y " FOR "YOU".

I DON'T KNOW IF OTHER GUYS USED IT.
