I would not recommend seeing a movie on a first date. First dates is where you interact with each other and ask the important questions and determine if there is a potential for any sort of relationship. You cannot ask these questions when you are in a quiet theater watching a movie.

Movies are a lame first date. Do something that you can see and talk to each other. Lunch ,the park, race track..... Going to a movie is a waste of a couple of hours you could be getting to know each other.

Uh. A funny movie. Or whatever kind of movie the person likes, I cant tell if that would be a girl or a guy because you dont have a picture. But I would see something funny or actiony.
