If I am in a committed relationship and I tell her that I love her, I am being very honest. I don't use the word LOVE looely. I don't tell a woman I love her just to trick her into a relationship or sex with her. If I had no feelings at all for her, I will do us both a favor and break it off and quit wasting our time.

Love is but a group of feelings and behaviors and there is a fine line separating lies and truth, Sometimes we lie so that we have good time and enjoy sex but if the other partner is also enjoying then there is no problem.

I have told my wife I love you only 5 or six times since we have been together from dating till now. Its better to show it then say it. LOVE is used as a standard good by now there nothing behind that word its self.

i am sure there is some that just says i love you and do not mean it at all...that has been my experience with men anyway...it is good to feel loved but to really know that he loves you is so much better...i think that if they show love then they probably do love or care about you a lot...but i have been told by men that they loved me but the first sign of trouble or more than they want to handle then they are gone....this is especially true if you have children....so i believe there is plenty that just uses the words and do not mean them at all.....

considering it took my bf almost a year to say it and now we live together and are getting married....im pretty sure he does love me but, ive been lied to before! guys like to say it to make you go all nuts for them just so they can get in your pants....but girls can usually tell when its all bull-$hit
