I inherited a 1987 Chevy S-10 pickup when my grandfather passed away in 1996. I gave it to my brother in 2000. In 2003, I purchased a '99 VW Jetta for about $15,000 and still have that car to this day and I'm almost done paying it off.

I leased a 2000 Honda Civic SE DX from Trent Valley Honda. It was nice at the time but it twisted up like a tin can when it got into an accident. I leased it with ni money down for 350/month. Once it was written off, I smarten up and bought a 5.0 Mustang with the money.
