real foreplay starts the minute you meet someone interesting. It's the build up to the first time you have intercourse. It can be anything that the both of you bring about pleasure in each other. It can be casual conversation, it can sharing some ice cream, it doesn't have to be physical, it can be mental and even spirtual. Don't put limitations on your 4 play. You've probably been doing it all this time and didn't even know it.

Don't feel stupid- If no one has ever told you, how would you know? Anyway, I think it is kissing, touching, rubbing, licking, sucking, blowing and oral sex BEFORE you actually have sex- Something to get you in the right mood for sex, to help arouse eachother- This is just what I think the meaning is, maybe some told me wrong lol

I think you meant to say four square. You bounce a ball around and try and get each other out by making someone miss at hitting the ball after it bounces in their square. Its fun.
