iv wanted to lose 10 pounds for so long. this whole summer iv exercised almost everyday but soon i just get so bored but i cant think of others thing to do and i can eat healthy for about 2 days before i just end up pigging out on junk. its like i have no control. i really need some good advice to help me.

First off, get rid of all the junk food in your house. If that's not an option ask someone to help you. Or you could tell yourself that you've procrastinated long enough, and the junk food is to blame for your lack of weight loss. Get mad at it! As far as the boredom goes, never do the same thing on consecutive days. There are lots of ways to get your heart rate up into the fat-burning zone so you shouldn't get bored. For instance you could do the following:
-Day 1: Jump Rope
-Day 2: Jog
-Day 3: Bike Ride
-Day 4: Run up and down some steps(I use the bleachers at the football field)
-Day 5: Jumping jacks(a very underrated exercise)
-Day 6: shadow boxing(or use a punching bag)
-Day 7: up-downs(start in a push-up position, jump to an upright position, then jump up in the air, and then drop back to the push-up position and repeat)

If possible you should get a Heart Rate monitor, doing cardio without one is like driving without a spedometer.

I hear you! It is a never ending battle. Try Weight Watchers. They will teach you how to maintain your weight and eating habits. Or write down everything you eat everyday & be honest when you write them down. Yes, drink lots of liquids. Stay away from sodas & flavored waters. They slow your metabolism down. Take vitamins. Try healthy drinks to fill you up like even protein drinks. Do this all week then pig out on the weekends in moderation. Eat cereal sometimes for dinner and don't eat past 6pm. Keep a daily schedule of the exercises you do. Walking is the best exercise. They say if you drink 1 soda a day you will have put on 15 lbs. in one year. Good luck

Don't exercise (in a sense). You have to do something fun like dancing or jumping rope. Play some basketball. That way it does not seem like you are exercising.

Also try to keep busy. the busier you are the less time you have to pig out. the times flies by and before you know it it's dinner time.

OH and just stop pigging out. If you really want to lose that weight get off your butt and get away from the chips!!!!!!!!!!

Make it fun! Race people, jump up and down on a trampoline, and everytime you think about having a snack, think: Is this right for my body? Drink lots of water and the cravings will go away...cravings typically last 8-14 minutes so set your watch for 15 minutes (actually I don't think that's true at all cuz I get cravings ALL THE TIME for a long time, lol, but that's what a professional dietician on VH1 said)

drink 8 glasses of water a day!.... especially before meals.. it will fill u up quick and you won't be hungry. And when you do eat, eat the "junk food" in moderation and eat healthy mainly. It's ok to eat a little junk, but just keep it in check by giving a little extra in the workout.

its upto u how much serious u r , u can loose weight as much u can , it require ur time and seriousness and also some efforts .

infact first of all try to reduce fat and carb in ur meals , do some exercise atleast 5 days in a week and also take some help from the diet pills as these diet pills act as appetite supressant and thats ur quantity of dose of food is reduced and it is directly proportional to ur fat , as when u reduce the fat in ur meals then the body burns the fat stored in ur body for your daily schedule and aswell as in time of exercise , if u wanna to know more from the weight loss tips and programs then have a look to these sites

you can eat the same foods you love just dont eat as much ,and walk good luck
