We've been together for over two years. Lately he has been going out with his buddies most nights. He doesn't dress up so I know he's not cheating on me. But I'm wondering why he can't just stay home and watch TV? Why does he have to be somewhere else? Should I be worried? I know this is a stupid question, but I'm just curious. Thanks

Depends a lot on age hun. For the most part though, someone already mentioned the "cuddle factor." Try to make things more fun for your man and he'll be less inclined to go out with the boys.
For instance, you mentioned t.v....and I assume movies. Try to appeal to what he might want to do/watch. Btw, sex isn't a bad idea either.

You should let him go out with his buddies at least twice a week. This allows him to spend some time with his friends and it also gives you space in your relationship with him. It can be boring of all you do is spend all your free time in front of the tube.
However, if he is spending all the time with his friends and no time with you then it become a problem. He may or may not be cheating. It also could mean that he is losing interest in you. Try doing something nice for him so he may want to spend more time with you. Like cook him a nice dinner or doing something together.

He has more fun with his boys then being at home
at least you know he is not a boring couch potatoe and a lazy pot belly. You probably want to see if he wants to hang out with you. Be fun and try new things after all you will be with him for a while so try to be spontaneous. Sitting on the couch and watching tv all the time sometimes is kinda boring for a man to do. If you got money go to a movie or a bar or a dance club. Enjoy each other

He has more fun with the guys. If it bothers you see if you guys could have two or three nights with the guys and spend the rest of his time with you. Maybe if you guys went out more, or maybe you could go out with him and the guys sometime. Thats usually a no no though. It just depends on him and his friends. My hubby went threw a stage like that a year ago. Now he has one night a week with the guys. It works out pretty good, and some times all of get together including the other guys wives. I get what I want he gets what he wants.

it is normal for guys to want to spend time with other guys. to bond and drink and whatever it is they do when we are not there. however, the fac that he goes out most nights is a worry. also guys who cheat don't neccessarily dress up to do it. you need to talk to him about this with out appearing too clingy. so that you will have peace of mind. it is obvious that you two have conflicting ideas about what having a good time is. maybe you could compromise and go out with him some nights and he could also stay home with you some nights. good luck.

Talk to him about it. My boyfriend loves to go out all the time with his friends even though I would rather stay home with him than go with my friends. If he was not like that before then I would be a little suspicious but maybe he just wants to have fun instead of always being home. Maybe ask him if you could go with him one day.

maybe he just needs a break from you,try asking him if everything is ok..and give him a little space. I like watching football at my single friends house, there are no annoying interruptions and sometimes a guy just wants to drink beer and not deal with any of his problems....and talk about the good old days

I would talk to him and tell him how you feel just to get it out in the open and let him know that you are feeling this way. But don't start questioning about cheating, because he may not be doing it.

It's not really a stupid question, but what was stupid was you saying that just because he doesn't dress up means that he isn't cheating on you...with that mentality, I can't even answer your question.

well its normal for a guy to go out with his friends and kick back a few brews every once in a while is it daily or like once a week who knows hes probably cheating or picking up hookers follow him out one night see where hes going and stuff.
