Eat what you like, but not as much. Also, stress or worrying will bring the pounds off. I was so depressed a couple years ago that I did not want to eat and lost 22 pounds in about 2 months. You can try all the fad diets and products there are, but the weight will come back on. Just eat 5 or 6 small meals per day and that way you do not feel as hungry or deprived. That is how Dolly Parton lost all her weight. Good luck.

Dont do one or all of the following:
1. Keep chewing somestuff that comes handy to you.
2. Eat too many chocolates or dairy products.
3. Don't do or take little exercise with now sweat shed.
4. Eat more work less.
5. Prefer sitting in front of the computer eating chips/other stuff without any break for hours together.

its upto u how much serious u r , u can loose weight as much u can , it require ur time and seriousness and also some efforts .

there's really no quick way just go back to your basics like exercise, less calorie intake,and go from there i have a friend the has lost weight on the weight watchers plan she's lost like 50lbs but that takes alot of discipline or if you are rich then go get gastric bypass that works good

I give you a diet model. it worked for me and i lost 7 lbs in 5 days.
all the instruction is for entire day:
first day => apples
2nd day => milk
3rd day => chicken (any way of cooking except oil fry)
4th day => vegetables
5th day => egg
in the meantime you can also eat lettuce. but consult with a diatition first before you do that.

One thing that work for me is eating breakfast at 7am. Lunch at 12pm, and dinner at 4pm or 5pm nothing after that and exercise.
