I need help and advice. I'm 20yr old guy. I'm attractive. Many girls look at me walkin down the street. I know I'm good looking, but I really want to find women to hang out/hook up with. I don't know why it is so hard. I'm too young to go to bars. I hate clubs. I don't know how to look for girls. I also just want to find someone maybe just to be friends with benefits for a while. I'm still a virgin. And I'm getting frustrated. Please help.

Well from a woman's prospective. Be yourself. Most women like guys who are confident but not conceited. The best place to meet a "nice" lady/woman is a place that is NOT a meat market. Steer clear of the local watering holes and love will find you.

I have a kid (he's 1) and I have a problem with getting guys to look my way because of that and had no game then or now if you see something you might like go for it you gotta step out their or you'll be the next 40 year old virgin

Why should you be frustrated? I don't understand. Then again, I am not a man...There are lots of places to meet women than at bars. There is the library, grocery stores, clubs, outdoor places--anywhere a crowd gathers. You're a virgin. So what? Just enjoy life and be thankful you are alive!

Suit up Buddy your in the end zone...dude you have girls looking at you that is a considerable start. Confront them casually but confidently, don't think about sex just look them in the eyes and maintain the conversation. Its all about practise my friend, if she turns her body towards you, upends her palms or plays with her hir you're doin well, ask for her number and call her 2-3 days later. just be yourself and you'll have no prob

Maybe they're turned off by your mannerisms. If you act like a creep no ones going to approach you. (I"m not saying you are, I'm just saying that there's alot in the way you present yourself.)
Or maybe they think that you're already attached.
