Be careful, she will infect the other cats. She needs anti-biotics from a vet.
Boil some water and let it cool and add boric acid to it. Clean her with this. Be careful you can also catch it. Make sure you scrub your hands really well after touching her.

Your kitten has an upper resperatory infection. She will need an antibiotic and teramiacin. The antibiotic will be given orally, usually .2 ml of fluid twice a day. The teramiacin is a gel you put in their eyes. Your vet will probably provide this and the antibiotic for all the cats. This is highly contagious and spreads quickly. Be sure to go to a vet soon as leaving the kitten this way can cause it to die, or if it does survive, the constant gunking of the eyes can cause blindness in the affected eye.

Usually this problem disappears within a two week period, but if it is still causing a problem, she needs eye meds from the vet.
If you can't get to the vet, by no means give up on washing the eyes for her.
mama should be helpful in this also.
I would do it for as long as it takes.

Eye gunk usually means an upper respiratory infection, like cat flu. You'll want to take her to the vet, where he'll give her antibiotics.

She probably has a cold in her eye. Take 1 part boric acid(you can get it at the drugstore) and 8 parts warm water and wipe her eyes with the solution about three times a day. That should clear it up in no time.

your kitten might need a few doses of antibiotic. I recently had 3 orphan kittens that I had this problem with. I called my vet and they didnt charge me a visit just sold me a 5.00 of antibiotic. (It;s the same pink stuff that kids get for ear infections.) Good luck...
