Mostly it depends on the type of plastic. Get a materials data sheet from the manufacturer of the type of plastic you're using. If you can't figure it out from that, call the manufacturer and ask them. They're usually quite helpful about such things.

As previous answer says, first of all it would depend upon type of plastic. and If you want answer in terms of radios and waves, Infrared heat heating device has same effect as normal heating device except it is uniform on the surface applied. So I really do not think if your plastic is sustainable to 60 degree centigrade it would have any problem facing infrared.
