ok. well she told me that she liked him first, but I have liked him longer, I'm not that open with these things. But he knows that we both like him, and he seems pretty flirty with me. I don't know what to do. should i ask him what his thoughts are? hellp please!

This seems to be a pretty common problem with us teens. Don't worry, I think I have two ways you can work things out: You can either both go out with the guy and share him and take turns or you can find someone else for your friend to like or for you to like, which I"m sure you will after a while. Sorry if this wasn't a real big help but its the best I can think of!

He may want to flirt with you. That does'nt mean he likes you in any special way. The best thing is to wait and see how things develop. Never rush into a commited relationship especially when you are aware of a third person in it. But if you really can't wait, you should have an open discussion with him and check it out.

my ex best friend and i had the same delema. but she denied she liked him and he denied he knew so she broke of our friendship and started one with him and he kept his relationship with me and seceretly with her and they eventually did it and now i am waiting for jerry springer to call us to his show to beat her funky azz down and slap in on national television........be careful of the choices you make.
