i want to know do people defecate and urine in their pants simultaneously immediately after they die or pass away? and does this happen to everyone?

Yes, it happens to everyone. Your body lets go of all such fluids when you die.

usually when you die, some parts of your body stays active. If you are a person that was a prescription dependant will generate lots of neve activity and the result is that.

When a person dies, the muscles in their bodies relax. This includes the bladder, sphincter and related muscular structures.

It can happen but dosn't always. Has to do with the muscles relaxing and contracting after death. If they havn't gone reecently then they may do it but if the did go reecently then there may be nothing to expell.

yes it happens to corpse,...because the sphincter controlling the exit portals gets relax, and then out comes #1 & #2

it is simple. when the body ceases to exist it relaxes all the muscles in the body and what it was holding in comes out.
