Do I love him anymore? I need help....please?

I have been going out with him for a year today. It just seems like all we do is get in fights it seems like. We talk on the phone almost ever day and we see each other almost every other day. I feel like we are getting away from each other. Then when I start to think about breaking up with him all I can think about is that I couldn't stand it if he was with someone eles. We had had good and bad time. He finally brought me to met his family. I just dont know anymore. So how do i know if i still love him?
