No open windows or doors? I sleep with my door closed, which has a pretty good seal. Would anything bad happen if I left my window closed too? My room is approximately 1700 cubic feet (12x18x8ft)

its ok. there's still air in your room even you don't have ventilation... but it is more recommended that you sleep in a room with ventilation.

it is ok, but your room stinks in the morning. I have noticed that with people who do that, could be the shoes, your sweat, breath ,s omething that causes those odors.
